US domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time usually runs 2-3 days from date shipped.

 

USPS Express Mail is available for an extra $15.00 charge.

 

Payment & Order Information:

 

All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks. We do, however, accept money orders and cashiers checks from customers ordering within the United States. From all other countries, payment must be made by credit card or PayPal which is an internationally recognized payment system.

 

Product Availability

 

Our site is updated every 24 hours, but not after every order. Occasionally, a product may not be in stock due to previous on-line orders. If a product is not available, we will email you with that information and when the order may be filled. If you have specific concerns or requests, you may contact us prior to placing your order.

 

Telephone Orders

 

If you are uncomfortable or unable to order on-line, you may place your order via phone or fax as a method of payment. Call the store at 1-209-694-0226 between 10 am and 5 pm Pacific Standard Time to provide the necessary information.

 

Sales Tax

 

Sales tax of 8.25% will be included on all orders shipped within California.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

 

At Bearly Quilting it is extremely important to us that you are satisfied with the products you order from us. If you are dissatisfied with a product, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Unopened and undamaged merchandise may be returned for a refund if accompanied by a store receipt.

 

Please Note: Due to copyright issues, books, patterns, kits, and cut

fabric cannot be returned for any reason. Orders on

clearance fabric are final and may not be returned.

 

Any refunds on merchandise purchased via a credit card shall be credited back to the credit card used by the customer, or given a store credit issued via a gift card.

If the return is due to an error on the part of Bearly Quilting, the refund will include the amount of purchase for the returned item plus return shipping. For any other reason, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

 

Privacy Policy:

 

Bearly Quilting does not share or sell your personal information or email address to outside sources. This information is used strictly for processing your orders.

Bearly Quilting has over 4,000 bolts of premium fabric in our store. We also carry a full range of books, patterns, kits, notions, giftware, and finished quilts.
